Based on scouring the internet, I have come to the conclusion that the Transversive Steps drop-rate is essentially less than 1% from an Exotic Engram. Anecdotal feedback of people saying they got them from Exotic Engrams are the only reason I am giving it a percent higher than 0. Personally I have seen a friend get them from a Nightfall Reward and heard of many people purchasing from Xur 8+ months ago. [b]I want Bungie to confirm or deny that the Three of Coins Exotic Engrams drop-rate for Transversive Steps is equal to the drop-rate of other exotics.
