I'd been asking for an in game lfg system like Gears and Perfect Dark had since launch.
They had private lobbies that allowed premade groups to get together and queue for however many they needed to fill the group.
The people searching could queue first available or search available group listings.
Guided Games is literally exactly what I've asked for, but it requires the premade groups to have at least one member who's the group leader, in a clan.
So yeah I like it. It's a system that made Gears and PD work great and be really social and promote lasting friendships and it builds on in-game clan functionality that we've been asking for since Halo 2

You don't feel that a universal LFG Tool/UI wouldn't be better served?
I like Guided Games' intention.
I like that it is a "Clan Recruitment/Advertisement" of sorts.
I don't like the restriction of it requiring folks (ie: Group Leader) to be in a Clan.
Why not make it accessible to everyone is my mentality.
But I am use to MMORPGs where such features are open to all.
I feel the Clan aspect is a unnessicary restriction.
Thanks for your personal opinion man.
I wanted to ask you that question last week but you was too busy defending yourself from the "Trolls". Take care!
I am curious about "Guide Games" too. On paper it seems like a good idea. Search for a clan thats PvE oriented or raid oriented and group up with them. It's basically like an in-game advertising board for clans.
