Take a Knee is a underrated perk. Transversive Steps eliminates crouch slow virtually in PVP, thus you are almost at 100% speed while walking. Therefor you can take advantage of the perk which drops on weapons in all three slots. My suggestions for Take a Knee perk is for pulse rifles (PDX-41 class) or (Parthian Shot class), Snipers of your preference and MG (Unending Deluge III class with slight deviations) all with high stability rolls for fastest kill time on target (Headshots). Voidwalker is my preferred subclass but with Stormcaller the Pulsewave node could benefit you even more. Give it a go, I don't think I've seen anyone really use this before besides me. Let me know!
