The keystone isn't s very good gun for Pve because in raids it still can't 1 shot enemies so you might as well chose a scout with more in the clip like cryptic dragon . Only time I use this archetype of scouts is in combined arms The wounded scout isn't that good either because crowd control and triple tap don't really work together good.
