Whoa. For a second there it seemed like RWG suggested Xbox players are more skilled, and by virtue of most streamers being PS4 players, nerfs were mainly the fault of PS4 players. I must have not heard that right.
To Lost Sols's point on skill being the primary determinant of weapon choice, I disagree. I chalk that up to a few of other things:
1. Resistance to frustration. We all get frustrated when learning something new, but some can see the big picture and some can't. Those with a low frustration threshold will go the most expedient path.
2. Just want to win. Some players are not interested in anything but winning, so it will always be the path of least resistance. To some, winning is everything, no matter how it is achieved. Why work hard when you can mash the "Easy" button?
3. Some look beyond the win and truly want to be challenged. This would be the very select, the very few. They wouldn't need bounties, rewards, or recognition of any kind - they have an internal locus that drives them to know where the limits are. These are rare individuals.

由ironBill编辑: 5/9/2017 4:31:09 PMMy response to RWG was tongue-in-cheek, and I'm sure she meant no offense, but I could sense what she wanted to say but held back from quite coming out with it. I certainly am not offended in the least. It's not the first time I've seen an Xbox user post such a thing, and it appears to be prevalent attitude on that console. No matter to me either way. One thing I can say for sure... you're never going to meet a more anti-nerf guardian than this PS4 player.

Hey I'm an RWG fan, no heat from me. Guess I got a chuckle out of you trying to wordsmith that in an inoffensive way. When you take a stand it won't be popular with everyone. I'm in no position to say whether or not you are wrong about it. One person's opinion.
