Over the past week I have farmed 7-8 exotic boot engrams on my main warlock. Out of those 5 decrypted into bones of eao, and the rest into Peregrine greaves. Now I'm no RNG expert but since I main a (lock) all three since forever 29 days, you would think that one at least would have been Transversive steps. Apparently the game requires me to delete my locks and create hunters and titans, which I've had just didn't care for them. TL;DR The rng decrypt rate is broken, especially for Transversive steps the only exotic boot for locks!!!!
