I'm Going to Miss the Tower
From year 1, when we all had to fly there to swap anything...until now when we fly there after every activity...I have enjoyed the tower.
It's a safe haven. A meeting place. A gathering of people who you know enjoy the game as much as you do. I've made friends in the tower and gone flawless with them. I've made friends and raided for hours. I've helped many guardians with whatever they needed when invited from the tower.
The tower has the most chill and spacey scifi music that to this day gives me that feeling of interest when that one part of the tune settles...you know the one I mean. I think about the world and what can come next. All the weird and crazy stuff that we overlook because we are shooting at it. All the awesome back story of Destiny that so many don't read in the grimoire.
The tower also provides the best view of the Traveler, the City, and those majestic mountains. We can't go there.....[i]yet![/i]
The tower is our home. And I'm going to miss it.

4 回复I'll miss the fish in the upper area. But frankly I hope our ships become our "tower" in D2, with an actual public space that had the same features but it's only really used for in game lfg.

3 回复I've met some great people in the tower. Had a couple beers with a few of them last night actually. I love this game.

1 回复Most people don't realise that we are on borrowed time and that the clock is ticking as I look down upon the city from my favourite place I see that place we all love & protect the people we see every day whether it be a guardian or a civil I all most can feel the darkness descent upon us even if my eyes are wide open I see it but I don't believe it. It like my body is screaming to run but my muscles haven't had time to react to the horror that is descending Pontus. The future is uncertain the only thing we can hope for is to survive what is to come.

1 回复I was looking out from the tower yesterday, thinking this will all be gone soon, i looked at the city and saw we have a long way to go through it to reach the traveller. Then i went to the back of the tower, and saw the beautiful mountains and foothills. You know what i realised? I'd much rather go that way. For me humanity could cease to exist and i would only rejoice, that such a destructive force has been removed from this planet. But those mountains and forests, for me theyre worth saving. So you guys have fun saving the last city in d2, i'll be saving the planet.
