How to Complete the Deathsinger's Challenge (w/ Video Proof)!!
Hey guys! My fireteam just figured out how to complete the Deathsinger's challenge in the updated Crota's End raid!! For video proof, you can see the above link; however, I will provide a text explanation as well.
Step 1: Kill all enemies in the arena BEFORE killing Ir Yut.
Step 2: Kill the two additional yellow bar knights and the thrall that spawn in her room.
It will say "Ir Yut shrieks in fear" to confirm that you did this correctly.
Step 3: Kill the 3 Yellow bar ogres and 6 yellow bar knights that spawn outside. (Must kill red bar adds too!)
Step 4: Kill sword Bearer that spawn in middle door.
Step 5: Use it to kill Ir Yut.
Step 6: PROFIT!!!

Edit 1: Thanks to all the amazing guardians who pointed out that you have to kill every single enemy, not just the yellow bars!

3 回复My team destroyed this challenge on Tuesday and we all filled our nodes in the book for time too. I think we had 1:38, didn't even start the liturgy lol Quite an eventful encounter now tho to say the least lol

3 回复So I haven't run Crota in a while, and I'm wondering what exactly is the challenge. Is it killing Ir Yut with that sword the sword bearer drops or is it killing all the adds before killing Ir Yut? If anyone could clarify I would appreciate it.

You can do it, you have to shoot crota quick tho. 2nd person:4 swords. 2 on first and 2 on second one 3rd person: 3+. Get as many hits as possible Profit

3 回复Question:I did the raid yesterday on my hunter and did the crota challenge but not this challenge would I still be able to go back as my hunter and complete it?

4 回复Question. Do you just need to kill the ogres or do you need to need to kill all the second group of adds including the knights in the towers? I've seen people say you just need to kill the ogres so I'm wondering.

11 回复Got the chest piece and gauntlets looking sexy now. Only adept I got was the Abyss..twice. RnG sucks sometimes lol. I got the ghost shell, too. I swear if I see another pop up from this record book I'm going ape shit.

1 回复Correct your text to say kill everything but Ir Yut in both phases of the encounter. All knights & thralls in the first part and all ogres, knights, thralls in the second is what spawns the swordbearer to kill Ir Yut with
