I haven't watched since the 3rd episode or so this season. Does Negan still say things like "pee pants city"?

I wouldn't have a problem with some over the top but that.....that was like he was a 5 year old. I was half expecting him to say "uh oooooooh, he made a poopie huh huh huh"
