I am reaching the final stretches of the grind to LL 400,, and I got 2 rank up packages today. I opened them all up, hoping for a 395 helmet or legs, but instead both Items I got were 390. I was told faction packages were a great way to reach 400 fast, but do they max out at 390? If so, how do I reach LL 400 then? Tips on this and how to get to LL400 would be appreciated much.
