Tbh, I would agree with you if you didn't use such stupid baseline comparisons and actually presented a decent argument.
I have no love for the ninjas, they can rarely justify their actions, hide beyond their power, are inconsistent and use their own opinion to interpret the code of conduct.
What do you expect though, they're volunteers. None of them actually do this for money so there's no point expecting any standards from them. Bungie doesn't give 2 shits about the forums, they still haven't even [u]put a search function in admin tools[/u] and it took them 2 years to add a clan list ingame.

Of course it is. What difference is there? Someone could easily make a post entitles holocaust true/not true? Post a load of links denying holocaust without them actually saying it outright and then someone else pops up saying the [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] did evil things and bang, ban hammer because you offended a group of people.

Do you understand how there is a difference?

We've literally just established why it is different. Has it occurred to you maybe the person you're quoting isn't online? They're volunteers, they don't work shifts. They might PM you or they'll just take your post down anyway. You're not going to get a public response.
