Hire Better "Ninjas"
Your moderation team here is awful. They need re-educated, retrained, or replaced, because they're terrible. Hypocrisy, favoritism, and being blatantly ignorant of comment context is not something you should promote in your forum leadership team.

Case in point, now you've banned my primary account without providing a reason. You may think this is funny, but it isn't. You actively protect bullies and bigots here, and it's utterly disgraceful. If you're going to moderate a Web forum this badly, then you may as well not bother moderating it at all. And if you think I'm going to go away, you have another thing coming.
