I'm FWC cause our only chance is to fight the darkness. New monarchy don't know what over throwing the speaker could do, obviously the speaker and the traveler have a connection and so overthrowing him might make the traveler turn against us if it's not already that is. Dead orbit says we run... But who's to say the darkness won't follow us? Hive definitely will, we've killed their God, fallen will as we've pretty much destroyed all their houses, vex would even if just to kill fallen and cabal and the cabal would cause they're not allowed back into their empire unless the kill us. Future war cult says we stay and fight the darkness, it's the only real answer. If we destroy the darkness well claim back lost land and we could colonise be land too

The New Monarchy as attempting to rebuild and restore humanity's glory and the Golden Age, in short. Pretty sure overthrowing the Speaker wouldn't do much. He's talked to us three times at most, and it's not like Disco-Ball over here has anything to say. Now, I don't know why I think I heard this because I never see anyone say anything about it so I assume I'm wrong, but aren't FWC trying to find a timeline untouched by war?

That plan is one of their tenets, and part of the goal to restore. And finding a leader is something that is needed. At least Monarchy actually has a plan, and we've helped to establish law. The furthest Dead Orbit has gotten is nowhere (get it, because they want to leave and haven't. They are like people who complain and complain and whine on about how they are going to do something, and don't do it). I hate Dead Orbit. Future War Cult I am fine with; they are helping. The only thing is, what exactly are they fighting for if they have no plans to restore/rebuild? I feel like FWC and NM could be very strong allies; New Monarchy as the 'government' faction, and FWC as the military. Would make one helluva team.
