I disagree. Breeding a dog with eyes bugging out of it's head so far that they become extremely prone to eye injuries is a terrible thing. That and the constant breathing problems. It's a cruel dog breed. They struggle to live from the moment they begin life.

Although they still land in the "rat-dog" category, at least a chihuahua can breathe and have eyes that don't fall out of their heads.
