Firing from the hip? Yes, but keep it tame enough so that if the enemy is within the weapon's effective range and your aim is dead on, all the rounds will hit. Otherwise it's just not fair. Aiming down sights? DEFINITELY F*CKING NOT!!! The whole point of aiming down sights is that you're actually focusing on aiming the f*cking gun, so bloom should be removed from the equation entirely. Under fire? No. Move the crosshair around randomly when we get hit, but our bullets should still go where the crosshair is.
