I can start a game with 12 rounds for my sniper. They don't need an ammo buff. Secondaries kill fast, so they are popular. I'd say that everything feels pretty good right now. I don't know if there was a ghost patch or something recently, but hand cannons actually feel really good right now. Autos... Yeah, they will always lose against weapons that can massive damage all at once. Autos require that your opponent and yourself both be in the open. You can peak and deal a ton of damage with a scout, pulse, hand cannon.

Really? I always seem to find myself running out of ammo for snipers. It may just be me then. I seem to find that secondaries are dominant but if I use my longbow, I only seem to get 3 rounds every time I get a secondary crate. I never actually get a full magazine for any of my snipers. I still hear that ghost bullets and bloom are still a factor in handcannons causing them to be worse than they can be. However, they have also tried to fix ghost bullets and I also agree with you on auto rifles.

You can start with 6 rounds unless with a year one exotic chest piece, then you can start with 12 but they may have patched this. Also you need two sniper ammo perks (boots and chest) to get 4 rounds of sniper ammo with each crate, meanwhile shotguns get 6 rounds. How genius is this?

That seems a little unbalanced. So you really only get one extra round for each piece that grants extra ammo? Or do I have that wrong? Ammo when looking at it this way seems like it favors shotguns. I don't know that's an interesting way to look at it. Thanks for the reply.
