Hi,
The bells are not bugged. Your team is either A) Not riging them in the right order or B) Not ringing them fast enough. I'm sorry, but they have worked fine for me and many other players. There would be many more forum posts and complaints if there was some kind of bug.
2nd, the FWC Sparrow is not bugged, but simply just a subjected to RNG. Again, there has been almost no other posts of this particular Sparrow being bugged for players, unlike the Comitatus which indeed is bugged.
Last, the Crucible Sparrow is indeed bugged, and Bungie is aware of this issue. More information:[quote][quote][b]S-39 Lightrider Sparrow[/b]

I still have to receive it and I already opened a lot of packages. And there are more and more complaints that the FWC sparrow doesn't drop for some people. Seems like the loot problems are continuing...
