So, I have absolutely no idea how/what/who is f*cking me right now... But ever since the 2.4.1 update, I am constantly being kicked from my fireteam. Now, you may say "well your connection is shit" but it isn't, because I never get a network error, and my party chat continues to work perfectly fine, and I never disconnect from Xbox Live.... It happens once every 10-20 minutes and it's ruining my gaming, I can't do anything without being kicked
