No. Keyhole doesn't need to penetrate juggernaut, shield blocking, or defender shields. I didn't re-up for RoI, but I mained a gunslinger before then. Golden gun is in a pretty good place. It can already pop bubble shields in 2 shots, it can destroy any other character with their super active, it is still the king super in PVP as far as I'm concerned. Hunters who are crying about juggernaut, sword blocking, and bubble shields just need to shut up already. It wasn't fun when other people's crying got tripmine grenade nerfed. So stop crying about someone elses counter's. If they block your golden gun with Juggernaut, that's your fault for being too itchy with your trigger finger, or not being aware of your surroundings. It's a super, not god mode.
