Before Rise of Iron the Astrocyte Verse was allready on bungie's armory. The perks was increast recovery whene blinking and inprove blink distance. Whene Rise of Iron drop, alf of the perk got remove leaving the perk to the worst part (blinking increast recovery). I was waiting for this exotic since TTK drop because of the blink increase and now its gone. This exotic is now useless because the recovery cooldown increast is so smal. Im a bit mad because Bungie nerf the Astrocyte Verse before it got into the game and I dont see why. I was realy hoping for this exotic to be good because the voidwallker allready have a realy smal amount of exotic and only 1 or 2 of theme are decent.
