Kid idk if you're trying to troll me or your brain just doesn't work but the dlc came out last Tuesday. Felwinters peak was accessible since last Tuesday. I literally got home from work two and a half hours after the dlc dropped and climbed felwinters peak after doing the first two missions in about 45 minutes. After I got my siva cluster I spent time trying to jump down because I had no intention of climbing back down
