Title says all Working in customer service for 2 and a half years I have had my fair share of impossible, difficult, and straight up dumb ass people. [i]Now[/i] it's time for you to tell how you deal with these god damn people, may it be a single mom yelling at your for accidently running into to her and she is yelling at her 2 kids to calm down, or a homeless man on the bus and pisst at you for stepping on him while he was sleeping in the middle street and he won't leave you alone unless you give him money.
