Annnnnd I have the worst luck of anyone ever. *sigh*
Been hunting the Cloak of Taniks since the day Strike-Exclusives released. I love the cloak because it is hoodless. That's awesome. Well, I was Dragon's Breath farming it tonight for about 2 hours (level 20). 1hr 45mins in, I say "Okay, this round, SOMEBODY gets the cloak". I wasn't wrong. Come next round, both of my teammates get the cloak. I was happy for them, but with over 200 Shadow Thief completions (grinded it on my old hunter too), I am really disappointed that this cloak continues to evade me. I feel like RNGjesus (yes I'm talking to you, pls stop) knows how badly I want this cloak, and is seriously just refusing to drop it for me. I'd post the video if I could. I saved it on my PS4. Major sigh to this event. Glad they got it. Won't say I didn't wish it had been me to get it instead.
Edit: Few people have mentioned Skeleton Keys. While the idea of those is awesome and I will use them, I won't be using them to acquire the Tanik's Cloak. I feel that after so much grinding, I should continue the grind, as like a personal challenge.

Welp, I've been buying legacy primary engrams each time he's sold em for about three months (and he's sold them around 5-7 times) and I bought about three to four each time (so approximately 100 strange coins per time so about 700 strange coins) and today I FINALLY got it. Thank you cryptarch. I just need 150 legendary marks, which conveniently sent dropping from strikes. Destiny hates me.

Same with the Darkblade Helm trying to get Darkblade's Spite. Maybe I'll use the helmet as a vase and the mark as a doily underneath. Stick some flowers in that shit and put it on the dashboard in my ship or something.

4 回复No, the worst is grinding for stuff then when it drops you realize your inventory is full, you frantically go to the inventory UI to delete something or send to the vault, but as usual the screen takes its sweet time loading. The strike ends and you didn't pick it up in time, but think we'll at least it's at the post master. Exit to the tower and low and behold your postmaster is already full from blue engrams and other drops. This happened to me once, and only once. Never again...
