On my level 335 warlock certain artifacts are blocking the new monarchy respawn animation for the exotic armband. The artifacts are, Broken Crown, Leaf Of The Bleeding Tree, and traitors die.

I agree I just got my new monarchy bond and I do not see the spawn animation of new monarchy. I killed myself leveling up new monarchy and finished the quest for nothing. Hope this gets fixed soon I was excited to finally be able to see this effect.
