Dear Bungie Devs, On my Hunter I have equipped the artifact called "Butterfly Code" with the Arc Accumulator perk that is supposed to help generate Orbs with Arc Melees [fully charged Blink Strike] but it never generates any orbs for me at all. And trust me, I've tried everything with no success. Now on my Sunsinger Warlock, I have the "Thanatonaut's Lullaby" artifact equipped which has Solar Accumulator active and generates plenty of Orbs with Solar Melees [fully charged Scorch] for my custom Discipline/Strength build and it works like a charm! So why is the Hunter Artifact and it's "Accumulator" perk not working but the Warlock one does? Please investigate this apparent bug. Thank you :)
