In cbmm, no one below a average would be able to complete a lot of the IB bounties or it would take a hell of a lot of grind to do it. Since IB ranking is mainly about completing the bounties it would pretty much shut all below average players out of IB

They're changing the system. They're getting rid of the buffs gay increase every day but are adjusting the bounties / win exp to compensate. It will mean that you can't do 90% of the work by handing in the bounties on the last day. Probably just a straight 50% increase in exp for bounties / wins or something close to that Probably still means your best way of progressing is to complete the daily bounties and hand them in as you go.
