If we have a sniper constantly getting outgunned by hand cannons and autos at actual sniper ranges, that's stupid. Back when i started falling in love with scout rifles (how pulse/HC meta) i hated that someone with any hand cannon (ESPECIALLY last word) could easily challenge my scout. Heck I'm even talking sniper ranges still losing to hand cannons. I agree buffs across the board for all primaries, but ONLY for their respective ranges and purposes. Now I know this isn't irl stuff, but you don't see people in the army being trained with magnums to go against people a mile away. (Massive over statement, i know)
