After reading all of the Last Word grimoire, I just want to know one thing. Where is Shin Malphur? Did he just...disappear? Is he fighting alongside us as a normal Guardian?
Edit: Some of these replies are hilarious. Keep it up guys xD

-blam!- Shin! Where and who the hell is Fabius Maximus (in destiny lore) and why could he come back from the dead before there were ghosts? I know he was a Roman Dictator, who avoided combat and got the name "the delayer".

10 回复由Qwerty编辑: 8/23/2016 3:49:32 AMThe Last Word story ends at Dwindler's Ridge sometime between Six Fronts and Twilight Gap. That means guardian Shin Malphur could still be alive, but its not looking good. There are only three (maybe four) people I can think of around Six Fronts that are still around today, and at least two of them died. Osiris*, Toland*, and the Speaker. Maybe Saint-14. *Dead, but still kicking it as Light Shin Malphur was special, though. He could wield the Light without being chosen. He wasn't the chosen dead like us, he was just a Boy trying to survive this harsh new world. He might not be around today, but you can bet your grandma's dentures his story is not over

4 回复He might be dead. Shin is unique in that he is the only "guardian" I am aware of who wasn't raised by a ghost. He was just a normal boy who befriended jaren ward and somehow learned to wield light along the way. He never had a ghost until he was an adult and Jarens ghost became his after jaren died I don't know what the life span is for non resurrected guardian is.

15 回复由Patriot121编辑: 8/22/2016 8:10:28 PMHe could very well have died. He's several guardian generations before us. Remember, he grew up in a small settlement before the City was even built. He's the first know person to use the Golden Gun. The wilds are a dangerous place today and that was even more true then. One wrong move over the decades could have cost him his life. It's also possible, assuming he could age, that he simply died from that.

1 回复There is no actual evidence as to what happened. There are plenty of theories and assumptions...but what happened after the showdown is shrouded in mystery

2 回复A lot of these characters are unknown. Osiris thought to be dead but Saint-14 is going after him. Toland is dead but he found a way to move freely in the ascendent plain but they say he talked to us when we beat Oryx in the raid. ???? I don remember this. I would love if Bungie make a better job at telling story's. BTW Bungie NPS, Dialog option is also a viable option for story telling.
