I'm pretty sure they've stated themselves in the past that the content will be exclusive for at least a year, granted they still said "at least" but they've basically gone so far as to silently change the small print without even properly informing us of the decision.
They shamelessly and shadily avoided admitting the truth and just hoped to slip the decision to withhold the content for another year under our noses.

Has anyone got proof that when TTK was announced with its exclusives that it said "until Fall 2016"? I've only bothered to look recently, but there's no fine print stating exclusives had a time limit or minimum time. I think people all just collectively assumed the exclusives would be a year, even though the fine print before and now all say "until at least".

I can't really find anything actually showing that though. Not that I don't think that's true, but I'm slightly skeptical and it still doesn't change the fact that nothing was promised that they would be delivered Fall 2016, just no earlier than Fall 2016.

This is clearly a recent decision and one they likely intentionally neglected to mention.
