Hi I was wondering if anyone knows whether buying (just) the ROI expansion will grant you the level 40 character boost or is it only included in 'Destiny The Collection'?. The reason I'm asking is because I currently have a Warlock and a Hunter on my Xbox Account and would like to create a Titan, but I'm not sure if I should wait for Rise of Iron to level it (If everyone gets the boost).
