"[u]Oh, goodness....[/u]" "[i]Anybody have a desert dragon exterminator?[/i]" [b][i]Omnus pulls two cubes from his belt, which rebuild into .44 revolvers. Yeah, he has two .44 revolvers. Theresa draws Rose of Flames, while Eli doesn't really know what to do.[/i][/b]

"[i]Hell yeah we do.[/i]" [b][i]Omnus aims both his revolvers, his robotic eye doing all the targeting. He fired all his shots with ridiculous speed, leading the writer to believe he had modded his revolvers to shoot like -blam!-ing SMGs. The bullets, however, even being .44s, do nothing to the dragon.[/i][/b]

[b][i]Omnus sighs, reloading. Theresa draws Rose of Flames.[/i][/b] "[u]Guess bullets aren't going to work.... Elecin. Are you ready for your first battle[/u]" [b][i]Elecin gulped, and nodded. He drew Thundering Skies, readying himself.[/i][/b]

[b][i]Rose of Flames fires up, and Theresa launches fireballs at the desert dragon. They do next to nothing, as Elecin performs a feeble strike at the dragon's leg. He's kicked backwards about 150 yards, and lands, groaning in pain.[/i][/b]

[b][i]Sand envelopes the desert dragon's eyes, blocking the shots, as the temperature seems to rise above 230°. The dragon forms a massive claw of condensed sand in midair.... Theresa, noticing the dragon's actions, began running at Ella. The dragon launches the claw directly at her heart, and Theresa activates a speed buff.... She only barely made it in time. The claw struck Theresa's left arm, pinning her to the ground, and cutting it off completely.[/i][/b] "THERESA!"

[b][i]The dragon roared in response to Iza's explosive shells, as Theresa activates a healing buff, her wound closing, however her arm would never heal. The healing buffing cannot right Eli's bone, however.... And the dragon took notice of that. It formed another claw of sand, and Theresa has had enough. In seconds, all her buffs were activated, and Theresa's body overloads with energy, as Rose awakened. Rose yelled, and rushed towards Elecin, completely destroying the claw of sand, however the dragon forms another.[/i][/b]

[b][i]Iza destroys the claw, however the dragon forms an innumerable amount more, and doesn't hesitate to launch them all at both Rose and Eli.... Time seems to slow down, as Rose mutters in a language so ancient, it has been completely forgotten. A magic so old, not even Yuldner, the Dragon of the Void, knows of its existence. A magic only activated in the face of sacrifice... and of love. The flames leave Rose's body, and surround Eli's. And momentarily, a different flame swirled around Eli.... His own. The claws struck Rose, but did not harm Eli. And Theresa fell to the ground, dead.[/i][/b]

[b][i]The dragon, who had lowered its defenses to create the sand claws, roared as the bullets tore holes into its skin. Fire exploded from Elecin's feet, as he launched himself into the air. Full of rage, of Theresa's death.... He was the Knight of Kaleon, for heaven's sake! He was meant to make things like this not happen.... His fists slammed into the bullet wounds on the dragon with amazing force, and it roared in pain. Elecin's rage plus the fresh spurt of energy caused by the sacrifice magic made his strength that of a maximum velocity rocket; the dragon was slammed into the ground, its neck snapping.[/i][/b]
