Theresa finally has had enough, and buff herself. She slams her sword on the two of them, and they go crashing down multiple stories. She turns her attention to Ephiateus, who gets up, groaning. He raises Excalibur, and slashes, blasting Yuria with holy light. Again, not as strong as it should be, but still knocking Yuria into a wall.
-
"I-I have every right to wield a blade passed down by my fathers before me-" Theresa smacks Excalibur out of her window. "I-what?" "You aren't worthy of Excalibur. You were taught about legendary swords only working properly for those who are worthy, no?" "Y-you... what did you just do!?!"
-
"I-look, how about I go...." Theresa points Rose of Flames at Ephiateus. "I don't know how you laid your filthy hands on Excalibur, but you deserve to die." She raises Rose of Flames, and seconds later, Ephiateus' head rolls on her floor.
-
"That can't be good...." A man with golden hair, bright yellow eyes, around 29, appears at the doorway, Excalibur over his shoulder. "Thanks for returning Excalibur to me." He says. He seems to radiate pure, holy power. "Really sucked having that vermin lay his hands on it."
-
Yuria turns, a little less violent. "Wait. Don't tell me. You're...whoever used Excalibur, I forgot." She starts trying to remember whoever used the holy blade long ago. She suddenly thought about how this new guy and Theresa would think if they found out she served a Primordial Serpent... No. They can't know, they won't know. She thinks to herself. Although the thought kept bothering Yuria, she didn't act like it did. "...Honestly, I have no clue. Who are you?"
-
"You may call me Arthur." He smiles, walking into the room. "Ah, Rose of Flames. Interesting. Oh, and yours... Darkdrift... oh my. I see. Very, very interesting, indeed." He eyes you cautiously, before extending a hand.
