While doing patrols over the last couple of weeks, many areas in each location (Earth, Moon, Venus, Mars, not sure abt Dreadn. because haven't spent much time on it recently) are not spawning materials nodes or loot chests. Sometimes they spawn in late (in the vicinity of 3+ minutes after entering the area), sometimes it seems like they don't spawn at all. Leaving the area briefly and then returning has helped on a few of occasions, and at one stage I thought activating a patrol mission triggered them to spawn, but these might just be coincidental. On the whole I have no idea what's causing it - it's happened across different characters and loadouts etc.
