I think I prefer hotswasp. Hotswap seems better for mobile targets and when I'm moving. Also, of course, when I switch weapons. Hidden-hand seems a little bit better for those instances when you are hardscoping a choke point. I'm still not sure exactly what they do, but that's my observation.
