Actually I think they have arc burn on so much because they are testing to see if they want to bring back elemental primaries. If too few people use zhalo they might think we don't care enough about them. If they think we don't care or don't want elemental primaries then they won't bring them back. Tl;dr: if we use zhalo enough during arc modifiers then there will be year 3 fatebringer.
