Remember when Emotes became a thing? People were rioting and throwing money at the screen? Yep... I sure do. Didn't throw away real money for such dribble. BUT, also remember when Bungie came out and said that it was a way to fix or deal with future DLC? Pay for the emotes and the DLC's would be free.
Well, I guess paying for those Emotes in order to make future DLC's free wasn't the case.
Thanks again Bungie for the pile of lies. Glad I didn't spend money on in-game shit.

Ok it says right here last year in October when they very first started introduced micros what the intention was and are. I'll save you the read by pulling out a direct quote from it...
Our plan is to use these new items to bolster the service provided by our live team for another full year, as they grow and create more robust and engaging events that we’ll announce later this year. It has been, and continues to be, our goal to deliver updates to the game. Going forward, our live team is also looking to grow beyond vital updates and improvements to focus on world events, experiences, and feature requests.
Idk about you op, but I didn't see anything about dlc's in that. Micros fund services by the live team that would include, SRL, FotL, and CD, patch 2.0, maybe even the April Update, heck you can probably throw in IB too. It's a time controlled event and somebody had to turn in on and off right? They are the ones that rolled out patch 2.3 when be th guys running the show when the division of legacy consoles phase in. Anyway my point is that Bungie never eversaid that micros would pay for any sort of dlc including RoI.

1 回复由THE PRIVATE 01编辑: 7/6/2016 11:36:45 PMShow me where Bungie said that the money from eververse would fund any DLC. I will not hild my breath because I am sure you will not find a statement as such anywhere. What Bungie said was that the money from Microtransaction would help fund the Live Team while the remainder of the development team worked on Destiny two and Comet DLCs.

Post a link where Bungie actually said that... Kotaku reported that micro-transactions would fund the year 2 updates and that is exactly what happened. Shortly after this report from Kotaku released, Activision publicly stated that they believed micro-transactions and paid dlc could co-exist side by side. Stop being such a mooch. Video game developers, musicians, artists, and writers deserve to be compensated for their effort and time.

Those went to fund the live team and events like festival of the lost, crimson doubles, srl. Never did they say for free dlc. Go back through the weekly news and read and you will see it was to fund the live team and events.

3 回复They didn't use the word DLC once. They said future updates or something like that, emotes paid for SRL, crimson doubles and the April update

1 回复They said it'd fund the live team. They take care of updates and events. They NEVER said the phrase "free dlc".
