it took a long time to get the crux. don't know how many exactly. but i gave up and quit running hard mode for quite awhile. came back and ran it for several weeks - finally got one. to this day... that gun is still a blast to pull out in patrol and blow enemies up with. probably my favorite gun - fun wise - to use. something very satisfying seeing the cursed thrall explosion thing.
