If you look at enemies that die to void weapons or abilities, they appear to disintegrate or be ripped from existence. I would therefore postulate that void attacks would nullify the forces that hold atoms and molecules together, and thus the matter the victim is made from disperses into subatomic particles. Think entropy or the 'heat death of the universe' made into a weapon. Edit: It would feel like you are being torn apart all over your body.
