1.) I got it at the outpost on Europa. It had a crate full of empty bottles, and a small vial of Ascendance. 2.) I drunk it on Raulsh. Then I woke up four days later and realized you already found Ascendance. Then I time traveled and told myself not to do it. So, I didn't.

"You know what? I'm going to try it." *Pulls a random, empty syringe out of his bag and fills it with a little bit of Ascendence, he then holds it over his tongue and pushes the plunger back down. He drops the syringe.* "'EyyyyyYYYY... Royull, mah bud-dy. How you doinnnnnnnn'?" *He starts to fall over.*
