Sorry about your pet. Many people have some strange replies on this subject. I feel your pain. I love dogs. These animals are truly man's best friend. I should know, my work partner is a lovely belgian tervuren with a sable coat. Working alongside dogs has made me appreciate them so much more! They actually communicate quite well if you have a solid bond with them. My advice to you as Hershey's master; Love him unconditionally like he loves you. Be with him in times of need and difficulty. The road he faces is scary so be by his side. Comfort him by your presence and talk to him. The soothing tones of your voice will ease his pain to levels you wouldn't believe. Never leave your beloved pet alone to pass away. Remember he is a family member and he holds a place in your heart. Let him live his last days happy. Be with him on his last day.
