What do you mean? I write when I'm having an anxiety attack. I only posted it because it's kind of relieving to let you emotions out instead of bottling them up. I didn't post this for encouragement or compliments, I just needed o let it out.
Psychologically speaking, the free flow of your thoughts is borderline free association. This is a psychoanalytic therapeutic technique in which the patient just says what ever comes to mind. The content of what is said can be organized into three parts of mind; your desires (Id), reality (Superego), and the stressful balance between the two (ego/YOU).
Since I'm not getting paid, I'm not about to analyze your thoughts, but I'm just saying how easy it is for someone to do so.
OK. I'm not an expert on psychology, so I just didn't know what you meant. I suppose that explains why my therapist says I'm really good at explaining how I feel.
