As the title states, the perk Appended Magazine has no effect on the Queen's Choice sidearm, which has a base magazine size of 15 rounds. The perk is supposed to increase magazine size, but it does not. It isn't just the upgrade menu not displaying the changes either, the magazine size remains the same when tested in Patrol and Crucible. EDIT: I even tried reloading it to check if that will give me the larger magazine size, but it doesn't work.
