What raid masters want: no girls, no squeakers, must know what you're doing, must be good and get almost as many kills as everyone else.
What normal and nice people want: just have experience, and if not, just be a good listener.

Actually I think it's not even listening or experience that normal people want, I think it's just a matter of: if you don't know what you're doing ask us and we can help instead of making us die all the time because you're not sure what you're doing.
