I used to wonder about that too playing Gears of war 3 but I eventually found people to play with on a regular basis. Now I just play what n how I like and could care less what other people say. My main point is keep playing and add people to your friends list that you enjoy playing with and delete the ones you don't. Eventually you should have a good list of players to do raids or whatever with.
