Raids can bring out the best and worst in people. Random people equals random results. I have been asked to raid and then kicked at the first issue. I think it's general intolerance of failure. In the mess of directions and job assignments from people who think they are leaders, it is hard figure out what's going on. Most of the time the directions are wrong or incomplete.
