Oh yeah I'm not saying that she's getting kicked because she is a girl. It's most likely because of her stats, no doubt. That's why I said "I don't think this is happening, but...". It brings up the issue of it and it does happen. So I brought it up. It's not the causation of the OP's issue, but it is a correlated problem which deserved to be mentioned. I'll edit my first reply so it more accurately depicts why I was bringing it up. Like I said you aren't wrong, but I think we were considering different things, due to a lack of specification on my part. Great points man, seriously.

Thanks I guess, still though it is a half and half thing, it's not entirely related but you brought it up anyway.
