I disagree. Depending on the circumstance, it can sometimes be far better to get one kill now and begin recharging. This is especially true when you're on a long killstreak and the map is littered with orbs of light. Also, killing one person in a roaming super or with machine gun ammo can be very useful. Clearing an effective shotgun camper can be worth it. Killing a player who had the drop on you to get the team wipe in 3v3 is great-- it gets you a kill, denies them a kill, and prevents them from getting two revives. Knocking out the last defender on a map where you want to flip spawn is powerful as well. Smashing the player who you know has Tether, Nova Bomb or Fist can also clear the way for your team's roaming super in a Trials round. You get the gist.

In truth based on my view of a Titans mindset I believe they would be most likely too. Glory has no place on a battle field, use your full power regardless of the foe. You can't risk not using your super if there is a chance you can loose
