That's their problem. Gender dysphoria isn't something I'm concerned about. My policy is if you convince me that you're whatever the -blam!- you wish you could be, I'll call you that pronoun. Don't encourage children to do it, don't bother anyone, and make it known to me you are trans if I am pursuing you romantically as I am not into that and will stop immediately.
