I'm getting skunk error codes, my connection is optimized with an open nat type, I'm always a green bar ping. 120Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, 13ms ping and 0 jitter. I have recently optimized my connection, am noticing a lot of hit registration problems. I have no problems in any other online games since optimizing my connection, they're running a lot smoother. When I was on a moderate nat type a few weeks ago I didn't notice as many latency issues like getting shot behind cover, bullets not registering?
