Transgender is a mental disorder. When you so clearly deny reality to where you will mutilate your genitals to deny it, that does not seem like a healthy state of mind and it confounds me that society would support this instead of getting these people the help they need.

That's their problem. Gender dysphoria isn't something I'm concerned about. My policy is if you convince me that you're whatever the -blam!- you wish you could be, I'll call you that pronoun. Don't encourage children to do it, don't bother anyone, and make it known to me you are trans if I am pursuing you romantically as I am not into that and will stop immediately.
